Title: Another Great American Hero to think about on Memorial Day.
Post by: Crutch on May 19, 2011, 08:53:08 PM
If you ever have the oppritunity to read, get the book Carlso Hathcock, Marine Sniper. The former post remined me of this. On you tube there is a 3 part video that details some of his exploits.  The book will grip you and cause you to stay up late at night reading the next chapter then the next. It will also teach you to be a better shot, teaching you to "wait for the report", focus and put everything into the first shot.  I encourage you to find this book and read it. You will not regret it and it will stick with you a long time.

Man I have that book and it is AWESOME. A must read. Once I started I could not put it down read it in one sitting. You would not want him aiming that Winchester model 70 '06 at you.
