Guys, do we want a new banner this year? I am not overly tech savvy, but I put a possible one together, what do you all think?

Ok guys, I'm crazy busy at work but I'll try to be on here and posting a bit more.
What do you think of having a banner "contest" ? Make and submit a banner and we will vote on them.
So far Timberland Taxidermy and I have posted one. So how about this, post a banner in this thread buy next Friday (Feb. 22) and we will vote over the weekend and have a banner next week. Thoughts?
