I got word today from Mike at Blackwing Turkeys that my spring smoked wing turkey is shipped and coming home to roost with me and he will be welcomed to his new home. I cant express how excited i am with the job Mike does on his turkeys he is a true artist, his attention to detail is the best i have seen bar none. So here are a few pictures he sent me today.
