Quote from: Greg Massey on Today at 08:43:07 PMIf he's set on wanting a 12 pump I would recommend him getting one of the NEW Remington Fieldmaster pumps.. That way he will have more options for add-ons in the future... If I were buying one for myself I would buy this gun also..
Second This.

I third this. Hard to beat. For a pump gun.

Your seasons over, now what are you gonna do?  Was fortunate enough to harvest 3 nice gobblers this season in ks, ne, wi, kind of sad my season is over.  Guess I will start getting the boat ready to start fishing.

Son and I just got back from Wisconsin, we both killed double bearded gobblers.  Must be something in the water up there for all the multi beard birds.

Turkey Calls / Re: Trough style
Last post by Lcmacd 58 - Today at 09:19:58 PM
Quote from: mastevt on Today at 09:09:13 PMIt's just my opinion, because I do make and sell alot of them, Troughs produce a much better yalk than a pot call.  I can't say about a box call, because I really don't use one.  I pretty much only use my Trough call.  Called in alot of birds with it.  Have alot of customers that love them.  Several guys on here have them, maybe they will chime in and give their opinions. But they do produce a wide range of tones depending on where you play it, at least mine do, and you can play them soft or loud.  Very effective call in my opinion.

I'm glad you chimed in ..... I own 1 of his calls and it went every trip this year .... and its very forgiving .... I've got a 9 yr old running 1 pretty good
