Title: Pair of Mad Hens
Post by: hunter22 on June 20, 2014, 07:21:12 PM
Here are a pair of Mad Hen crystal/glass pot calls made by Jimmy Schaffer, Oak Ridge Custom Calls. If you like a raspy sounding pot call like I do you will love these. Killer sound.

Mike---I think the tape is for grip and reference. I have seen other strikers done this way before.

For you guys that have a Mad Hen, get yourself a Dad's Hardwood laminate striker and run on it. Now that is one awesome combo.

The rainbow or charcoal laminate?

The rainbow laminate I think. I recently bought 5 Dad's strikers on ebay and three were the Charcoal and two the Rainbow. They all looked pretty similar to me.
