I just received a Trumpet call from Prairie Game Calls. I can already yelp on it, which is really encouraging. I'm making nice soft yelps very consistently. But, my question now is how to cluck on it. Are there any good videos you'd recommend on how to make different calls with a trumpet?
Del Crow has some good instructional videos that you can pull up on Youtube.
Ted Peters has some awesome videos on YouTube about how to use a trumpet call...
Interestingly, I believe the two mentioned above use different styles to obtain sounds. Ted is a sipper/kisser while Del is a jaw dropper.
Good idea to try both styles and find what works.
