Title: Mossberg 500 .410 Og Bottomland
Post by: RED NECK on March 31, 2022, 12:46:22 PM
I called around to try and locate .410 loads to sight in a few other .410's this morning, nobody had any except the Canadian Tire I hit up last spring for my Weatherby sa-459 20 ga. I went for the drive to buy a few boxes of 2.5" #8 target loads, Its all they had. I have been eyeing this gun up the last few weeks, but online. I was not expecting this gun to be there, I couldn't pass it up. It shoulders better for me than the Rem 870 .410. I bought it and a reflex and a few boxes of .410 target loads. I am trying to clean the barrel right now and It's a complete mess, It is the dirtiest one I have seen now,new in box.

I have one so far I'm happy with it Apex shells don't like to load in it very well they are tight.

I have the same gun. Mine wasn't that dirty.  I sure like that gun. I have killed a ton of squirrels and alot of quail too with it.
