Used a handful of times last season, still in perfect condition.

Comes with bag and stake.

Honestly not sure.  Picked it up last year (2015) but not sure if it was the prior year's stock or not.  Anyway to tell?

Look on the bottom of the tail where it says Avian X, there will be a year
