Looking to open up pattern with 870 and browning #7 tss. Can anyone confirm if H.S. Strut makes the undertaker with a .582 diameter? Thanks in advance.

They do make a .582" UnderTaker™ XTHD but in the Invector®/WinChoke®/Accu-Choke® threading. See here: https://www.hsstrut.com/product/choke-tube-prtd-xt-20ga-hd-moss-500-choke-tube/ (https://www.hsstrut.com/product/choke-tube-prtd-xt-20ga-hd-moss-500-choke-tube/)
The choke listed for Remington® is just the standard UnderTaker™ which is .572" I believe, see here:https://www.hsstrut.com/product/choke-tube-undrtkr-rem-20-gague/ (https://www.hsstrut.com/product/choke-tube-undrtkr-rem-20-gague/)
They make .582 for Remington and other thread patterns. I have one for Mobil threads. Great choke.
Trulock has a pinhoti choke in .585 that be good option
I have one in Remington. It is a stellar choke. I prints beautiful full patterns. I have always thought it shot a lot tighter than .582. The Federal Heavyweight #7's loved this choke. But it has been consistently great with everything I've patterned with it.
Did you find one?
my favorite choke tube in my 20ga 870.
and i have a bunch
Trulock also has a .581 listed. I patterned one with hand-rolled ammo, #8s. Good pattern at 35 yards. Good customer service...
I have not purchased one yet. I did find them on ebay. Picked up a Cabelas black max which is .575 diameter though. Thanks for the guidance.
I use a Remington SF .572 or a Carlson's .575 in mine. Both throw great patterns with TSS #9..
