One I did for Dad last year, a late birthday present of sorts.

The sign was from a fallen tree in a ditch, had hung on his barn for around 20 years.

Can you post a close-up pic of the spurs and beard with the shell? Exactly what did you do? I've got a bunch of beards, spurs, and shells I want do to something with.

Used rawhide shoe strings, wood beads and a spur on each loop leg. Used two part lock-tite epoxy to secure the beards into the shell casings. Just take your time and wipe away any excess.
