I'm not trying to be smart, but why is this a steal? On his website a field grade short box isn't that much more expensive. Plus it doesn't have someone else's name on it. Long wait time or something?

Well there it is. Like I said, wasn't trying to be smart. I concur with it being a steal!
You will be waiting most likely another 1 year and 5 months, his wait is almost 3 years, building calls is not Steve's full time job. It is well worth the wait.
This is mighty tempting.....
