Guys, patterning in my gun today I have found old age creeping up on me on my eyesight. I need to look into getting a turkey scope. I want a good quality bang for the buck reliable scope to put on my Remington 870 mainly for magnification purposes. Camo would be a plus but quality first. I've mounted quite a few scopes on rifles but never a shot gun so I assume i'll need to buy mounting brackets. HELP!
Weaver makes one for turkey hunting.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200224/2c2d4fd398a755f846fdac668b3ce766.jpg)

Thank you for the suggestion. The Turkey Kaspa appears to be discontinued by Weaver unfortunately. That was one of the ones I was looking at.
That sucks! Sorry about that.

If your 870 is drilled and tapped you can purchase a picatinny or weaver style rail to mount rings. Option 2 is getting your receiver drilled and tapped by a gunsmith or purchasing a saddle mount. Several options to mount a scope on an 870.
Leupold 1x4 shotgun scope is good quality and about 9 ounces
Cdnn has camo Bushnell trophy 1.5x4 for $69. A lot of guys like them
Ditto on the Leupold. I have one on an 1187 set up for my son. You may also want to check Nikon for 1.5 x 4.5. I have a discontinued Nikon Turkey pro on my 870. Love both of them. More importantly make sure you don't skimp on the rings.
Good luck
