Had a FF3 malfunction on my 12 ga last May. I switched to my 20 and sent it
back to Burris for warranty.....guessing it was 4 years old but it had never been dropped or abused.
It took a couple months but they replaced it with a brand new optic.
Kudos to Burris for their great warranty service!! much appreciated.
I have heard good things about Burris's customer service, glad they took care of it for you.

I had my battery cap pop off my FF3 this spring. Somehow I cross threaded the fine threads. Anyway, using the online feature they offered to send me a new cap, I told them I thought it was in the housing. They sent me a shipping label, two days after receiving the sight I had an update that I had a package coming from them. They replaced the sight. I've had good luck with Vortex on a warranty issue with a used sight but I've never had customer service work as quick to replace/fix a product.
