How many states are still hunting??
Iowa closed on the 12th so I am assuming everyone to the north is still getting to play.
Post up your pics....may be fun to see who makes the final curtain call on the 2019 season for everyone on the board.
Maine, pa, new york r still going.

I think Maine and the Canadian guys have the last shot for spring 2019.
KS, NE, and SD all have a late May 31st end date though as well.
Utah goes till 30th may
NH closes on 5/31 and Maine on 6/1. I have onetag left in Maine :funnyturkey:
may 26th for northeastern ohio.....
Nebraska goes until the 31st, I saw a hen with poults a couple years back while out looking for a Tom to kill!
I think I killed one on May 29th one year.
Unfortunately I am done for the season

The turkeys in northern mn are just starting to breed now. Prior to this week the temps have barely reached 50 during the day if lucky!
I'm hunting in VT next 3 days.....
OR closes May 31st, I still have one tag left. Been busy with spring chickens and finally got one(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190516/4c0c032597c6667e7a27d5147bf9009c.jpg)
Beautiful bear, I want one with my bow.

Here in Mn you can't shoot them bruins when they are starvining after a 5 Mo hibernation but to each his own. Nice bear!
Some people don't hunt turkeys in the fall. I do :) Mostly because I love hunting year round, but to each their own. A Zone in CA July 11th.
Got this weekend left in OH. Tagged out in WV, but still got one tag for OH. Weather ain't lookin great for last weekend, but a little water hasn't stopped me. Love toting out a water bird.
PA,NY,NJ for me.......
Trying to tag daughter out on Saturday! Love hunting with her!!!.
Would love to get up and hunt some good public New York ground one year.
Not me!!! I'm sitting at home rehabbing from shoulder replacement surgery.

I did that a couple years ago. Gotta schedule the other one soon. Therapy and Ice were the keys to recovery for me.

Season runs through the 31st in Kansas, and the birds are still hot!
I killed one yesterday in PA. it is open until the 31st, but unfortunately, I'm tagged out now.
New York ends on May 31st. Out right now. Plenty of Gobbling!!
We have till the 31st in Nebraska. I'm trying to fill my third tag but it's been so dang wet and I've been busy it's hard to get out. May try a hunt in the Wildcat Hills Saturday morning if its not too wet to get out there, but if not I'll head down and hunt with a buddy near McCook next Tuesday.
Well it wont be me.....I'm done for the year..

Good luck on your other shoulder. My right shoulder is just as whacked as the left, but it gives me no pain and I have full range of motion, so I'm leaving that one as is unless something changes. Already started on the home therapy and therapy at the PT center starts tomorrow. Definitely iced!! I have a cold compression therapy unit that I use religiously. Helps keeps me off of the pain meds which is key.
I've been planning an extravaganza next spring to celebrate my recovery. So far I've lined up FLA, SC and Mexico (Goulds), and plan to add on several more. :funnyturkey:
Going to give em' hell for a week straight to close out the season (until the 31st) in Kansas. The gobblers are still hot, so I'm pretty certain we can put a bird or two on the ground.

Are they gonna dry out by the 31st? Heard y'all got a little rain.
Tagged out in VT. Hunting the 29th thru 31st over in NY. Hunting is just getting good. Pretty sure this very wet spring has kept gobblers locked up with hens trying to establish/reestablish a nest.

Used my last tag today at 1450
May 31,836 am.......From The Greatest Country in the world!!!!
Wait, I thought you were from Canada ;)
Tagged out at 8:13 today
Filled 1 of 2 tags hunting the last three days of the season in NY. Dominant birds are still locked up with hens. What was left for subordinates had no interest in gobbling or coming to a call. Got tight to the roost and intercepted this one at 20yds with his 5 hens and jake in the woods on their way to the field. I didn't make a single call or use decoys. Not me, struck out in the Black Hills. Heard only one gobbler in four days of hunting, and I managed to screw up that one chance.

June 1, 5:10PM, Maine. After a successful roost hunt with my buddy, it didn't look promising for me as we continued to hunt for my bird. Finally found one in the final hours and was able to work it out with an exceptional hunt to end the season. Sad to have to call it a year!
Congrats to all on a great season, and especially those that took it down to the wire to see it go out!

Congrats on a really nice bird borat
Congrats on a fine bird Keith - and a hell of a season!
Great bird and a very well composed picture. Congratulations on both.
Thanks a lot, gentlemen! It's always fun to be able to hunt in June, but undeniably a little sweeter when you can actually put a tag on one!
@Derek-- a phenomenal season to you and Bonce as well. You two chased it hard all season long with a sincere passion for the turkeys, not self promotion. The style and message of the Bayside Legion resonates with many of us and I look forward to seeing your continued pursuits and success. Best of luck chasing 49!
Thanks for the kind words Keith.
