What came first? The Turkey or the egg? I don't have the answer but I am sure some gobbling was involved.
The Crucifixion though certainly preceded the Resurrection of The Lord Jesus. Unimaginable suffering to pay our debts and wash away our sin with his blood. It's hard to even wrap my mind around that kind of Love and Selflessness. Spend some time thinking about that this weekend and what the status is of your relationship with Jesus Christ.
Remember asking Jesus to come into your heart as your Lord and Savior comes before the being granted eternal life in Heaven. This sequence is certain :)
