Title: glass trumpet
Post by: ArkyRidgeRunna on May 15, 2018, 11:21:42 AM
So I know a guy that has started blowing glass. It got me thinking has anyone ever heard of a glass turkey trumpet? I feel it could work.

It can work but two things:
If it broke it could stab you or puncture your guts when you sit down against a tree.
#2......The cops don't believe that's a turkey call.

What's on the inside of the trumpet is what matters most. I am no glass blower, but I don't know how you would do the internals. Hope it works, let us know,

Blown glass would be too thin and fragile for a working call IMHO.

No way to tune it either with such thin walls.
