Title: Fist attempt at making a trumpet.
Post by: Seminole Custom Calls on April 20, 2024, 12:04:23 PM
It is far from perfect but it's not a bad first attempt I could probably call a bird In with it but I'm definitely making a few adjustments to the next one. But it was a nice change of pace from turning pots.

I know its better than what I would do so I can't critique it. Good first effort!

Couldn't agree more with this. This one has a muffled sound to it and it has a deeper pitch than I like in a call. I've got a few ideas in my head that I need to try up around the mouth piece that I think will help.
