Title: 870 20 ga. vs 12 ga. forearm
Post by: Turkeytaker203 on May 30, 2019, 02:40:21 PM
This is to all the guys who have built 870 20 gauges into dedicated turkey guns. I want to put a 12 gauge stock on my 20 gauge and will be using the Lucy adapter. I also want to use the matching forearm but will the 12 gauge forearm fit on the slide of my 20. It is an Express and currently has a wood forearm. I was planning to use the EX Performance stock and forearm. Thanks.

The older 12s and 20s were built on the same size frame so everything would match but I don't see with it being that new that it will fit. I think it will be pretty sloppy and loose. And make noise.

Thanks guys for your help. My brother has a 12 gauge forearm from another build and we're going to do a test fit.
