I finally got into loading my own TSS loads last year, but got so busy I never even had a chance to shoot them. I finally did this year. I loaded two shells, one of 2 different recipes. Both are 3" 2oz TSS 8.5 shot using Mossberg 835 and .690 Jellyhead @ 40 yards.
In this particular case, I wasn't out to count numbers in a 10" circle. Just really to get the fear of shooting something I made myself lol, knowing I won't blow my face off.
I was very much impressed. They're what I would call VERY good hunting patterns. I'm officially hooked on handloading now. I'm curious how these loads would look with my Truglo SSX or maybe an IC.
Looking good to me.
