What do y'all do to reduce tick, skeeters etc from eating you alive in the spring turkey woods?I own a thermacell that works great for skeeters while sitting and deer hunting. But I am wondering what to use when I am on the move in the woods this time of year?I live in east central Ohio just so everyone has a idea about the eye I will be in
"Mister X"=2013 Recon'ed Stryker Strykezone 380 covered in Mossy Oak Treestand camo(1inch groups@45yards off a bench with Slick Trick Broadheads)
"General Patton"=Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag/24in ported barrel in  woodland camo

I use Sawyer Permethrin.  You have to apply it to your hunting clothing (while not wearing) and let it air dry outside, but one application should last you all of Ohio's season.  I haven't seen a tick on me since I started using the stuff.  You can pick it up at wally world.
Pass it on...

Gummi Bear

I keep it simple with some Off for the skeeters, and sulphur dust around my ankes and waistband to keep off ticks and chiggers. Luckily the turkeys aren't at all sensitive to smell.

The Thermacell is a godsend when sitting still though.

I'm getting too old to still be this dumb - DM
