FRIED WILD TURKEY STRIPS
Cut breast across the grain in 1/4" strips. Marinate in buttermilk / hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and a couple shots worchestershire sauce. Toss in seasoned flour and fry till golden brown.
DIPPING SAUCE
50/50 mixture of honey and French's spicy brown mustard. Add mayo and black pepper to taste.

Those look good ! I will have to try that dipping sauce next time I fry some nuggets.
