I decided to exclusively bowhunt turkeys this year and was fortunate enough to kill four longbeards. I used Magnus Bullheads and they're extremely devastating heads.
I didn't take a shot over 12 yards all season. Put the Dave Smith Decoys 7 yards away from the blind and killed all the birds standing next to them.
Can't wait til next year!!!!

Looks like a great season. Congrats!
Thanks guys, looking forward to getting after them again this year. :funnyturkey:
Heck of a season Dan..Looking forward to seeing some pics of your 2015!
Couple questions for ya-
I will be adding a DSD strutter to my collection this spring, and how do you decide between the strutter and the jake? Say you are on a new property and you don't know if you are hunting a dominant bird (which is when I've been told the strutter is great).
Do you use them both together? If so, how do you set them up? Close to each other? Far away from each other?

I used the jake a bunch and when he wouldn't respond to it, I threw the strutter at him. Never really used em together.
Congrats on a fantastic year!!
