As some of you may know .......I am located in So Florida right on the broward -palm beach counties line , 8 miles from the Atlantic Ocean as the crow flys
The server ....for OG is located in a Cat 5 proof building in the Orlando area - it's unlikely that the OG site may go down .....however it's looking very likely that I may loose power at my house (hurricane Wilma resulted in 3.5 weeks power outage ) .....so in the event the site goes down , we will get it back up as soon as possible ....when that happens nobody knows if it will go down , and if it does when it pops back up --rest assured if it does we will be working on it - the latest track has the hurricane 25 mile diameter running right over my house and 10 million other folks too....
If you don't see me or hear from me for awhile ...I'll be fine I have enough camping gear ,fuel , food and combat weapons to outfit a brigade and I know exactly how much to lead to put on a running looter anyways.....

Hunker down, it could be a wild ride. My parents are farther inland (Polk County), and have a Niece that lives on Big Pine Key. Hopefully it will take an unexpected turn and not make landfall.

Be safe, I know it's tough to leave but it looks like a once in a hundred year storm. This is serious s--t here it looks like you will be on the east side of the storm, the worst side, my prayers are with you and your family.
Not trying to thread jack, but for all those concerned with Irma, get prepared as Hurricane Jose now category 4 is only 24-36 hours behind Irma.
Really though, Katia, Irma, and Jose all look the "Perfect Storm" or even more accurately portrayed the triple hurricane during "The Day after Tomorrow". We are certainly expericiencing a global megastorm as the recent pressure systems have been creating truly catastrophic event after event.
I am projected for a direct hit here in Fort Myers. Starting to get a little nervous.

I'm in North Florida in Madison county and the eye is looking like it's coming straight to us or just a big it to the west which is bad news.

Still have power over here in Cape Coral. Hunkered down at the elementary school I work at with my family. Safer here than at my house. Time will tell how my house will fare. For those wondering I did pack ALL of my trumpets and brought them with me just in case. LOL

It's getting nasty here. Just lost power about 30 minutes ago. Trees down everywhere. And the worst is still about two and a half hours away. My neighbor just messaged me and said my house looks good so far. Fingers crossed

The power is out in almost most places in se florida , but that's to be expected
Heard a city of weston police officer had to bust a cap in someone's a$$ that was breaking into a house . And then took him to the hospital
If I see anyone going through my stuff/house or my neighbors house there gonna find out out what my 10 gauge is capable of doing ....
I can't even imagine what naples on up looks like .....
It's bout to hit us but hoping for the best.

Just checked our house in North Fort Myers and we had zero damage to our house. Lots of branches and debris in the yard but other than that everything looks good. Thank God. I hope everyone else is okay as well. Clean up time
As I drive around though. Lots of trees down lots of people that are going to be displaced for a long time. Very sad sight to see.

My parents were lucky. They live around Lakeland and a tree just caught the corner of their house at the garage. Minimal damage. And naturally the power is out.

I had minor damage to my house, and was without power for a week, and no cable or Internet for 9 days. But we were stocked up with plenty of food and water, and my generator runs the whole house. All in all, I've got nothing to complain about.
