Thanks in advance. Dumb hypothetical maybe. But I look forward to hearing to what y'all have to say.
CODY World Class Slate w/Light Hickory Striker and a Diamond Wood.
MK M GOBL
That's easy, Crystal Screamer with Fowler Snakewood/Osage and Wenge/walnut
Strikers are the easy choice, a Stuckey Tulipwood and a JHL Frogwood. If a third it would be an Ipe.
Call is much, much harder to choose. Well since this brings up strikers I will have to choose a pot call, so I guess either my Mac Green slate or my Stumpy Ceramic or my Sinclair Brass. To hard to chose just one!
I would also bring my Marlin Watkins Fiddle Paddle since it seems to be immune to the question as you ask about strikers which go with pot calls only.
This would change several times throughout the season but right now it would be a Jimmy Schaffer Mad Hen 2 with Tulipwood and Bloodwood strikers from Fred Cox.
I'd have to go with Roberts green slate in cedar with his Rutland striker and Townsend snakewood

Brad Roberts Aluminum with his Two piece striker, and Sinclair snake wood striker.
Snead hot hen
M.Mcain black locust striker
Purple heartthat came withslate
A grey slate either a Platz cherry, Corder chestnut or a Darrin Dawkins walnut.
Can't pick just one, I would rotate those three in out of my vest though if I was forced to carry one call.
Strikers would be Corder diamondwood and Matt Mclain black locust.
I like green, red and purple slates but its hard to beat a good grey slate in my opinion.
Lonzo anodized aluminum over aluminum in black acrylic pot and Lyman Dymondwood striker.
Paul Platz crystal over aluminum 2 sider with a Lyman dymondwood and Lyman bloodwood
Would be a tough call between the two, it would either be my Brad Roberts green slate or my older Halloran twisted sister. Would probably rotate the two. Would carry a dymondwood and a hickory striker. Probably the two most versatile strikers.

Gaboon Ebony 3.50" Pot grey slate / grey slate Any strikers I'v used. :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
The call would a Jimmy Schaffer, black walnut pot with gray slate over gray slate. The strikers would be a JLH Purple heart and Stuckey Hickory.
Platz glass over slate with a Lyman or JLH dymondwood and a Lyman snakewood striker.
Dry weather - Wynne zebrawood slate and Lyman Snakewood and Hickory.
Wet - Dawkins stone aluminum in plastic pot with Lyman webbwood and Yingling carbon fibre.
Taylor grey slate in cedar with a JLH Katalox and B&W Ebony, or for inclement weather a Schaffer Canarywood aluminum w/John Sinclair waterproof & JLH Pernambuco, although Katalox is a very close second. It does help that I hunt with the setup of 1 pot and 2 strikers already.
Twisted sister
Dymondwood striker
Lyman Mac ebony
Wet conditions
Enticer silver thunder extreme
Yingling fiber rod
Dymondwood striker
Platz Crystal over Glass with slate on back. Walnut pot.
Strikers- Stuckey Tulipwood and Mac Ebony
Jim Shelley ceramic with Clay Townsend persimmon snakewood and Rutland diamondwood strikers ..
Twisted sister with a derrick stuckey straight tip macassar ebony and a Clay Townsend snakewood with osage top.
3-1/2" Final Strut glass over glass with a Final Strut curly maple striker and carbon striker with a curly maple head
my slate over glass & bloodwood striker, & a Lyman hickory, Mike

Fowler Dymond Wood and the Fowler Tulip Wood. Jimmy Shaeffer Atomic 13.
Lonzo glass over glass
Dads purpleheart
Neal's snakewood
Platz Glass over Slate in Walnut Pot with Neal's Dymondwood
Cody "Woodsman" Slate with Cody's light hickory striker and Cody's now discontinued Bocote striker.
Halloran Twisted Sister I've had for several years and JLH Frogwood
Daybreak ceramic
Rutland dymondwood and a JLH snakewood
it's tough to answer but it will have to be my Blue Mahoe Crystal and Dymond wood striker from MAC, with a backup Dymond wood striker
Twisted sister Lyman dylumax and Halloran purpleheart
