Tossing around the idea of a 20 gauge all purpose gun. Anybody tried the cz bobwhite or similar side by side?

I have a 20ga. Bobwhite that I use for spring and fall turkey and small game.

it's been a good gun, triggers are a too heavy but break clean.

My Bobwhite is a nice shotgun and has taken a lot of doves and clays.
turkey chokes seem a bit high for it due to the thread pattern

Trulock and Carlson both make chokes for the Bobwhite

truloc's are 18 for flush and 45 for ext.
Carlsons' are 50 for extended

I spring hunt with a .571 trulock ext. in the left and a .575 Carlson ext.in the right barrel

yes so 95 bucks for chokes , high imo. The most expensive tube I'm running right now is 30 bucks, bargain cave and sale shopper, just can't get lucky finding huglu threads. Do have a RR  12 Remchoke. High dollar that isn't being used.
10 bucks for a tightwad in one gun,lol
