Title: 10 Ga. Steel?
Post by: rtsj on August 02, 2011, 06:19:05 PM
Sorry Guys, I know its off target.   Picking up my Sp-10 this weekend and plan on using it pretty much for waterfowl since I turned my BPS into my turkey rig.  Was wondering what choke and load you guys are shooting at both ducks and geese?  Most of my shots will be under 40 with alot in your face geese in dekes. Maybe show some patterns.

                 Thanks for your help:  Roy

I have not shot this shell yet. I went to my local cabelas and they did not have them yet. they said they should by September. With my experience in the past with fast steel in the 1700fps range it takes a lot of choke to keep the patterns tight. I used kicks chokes in the past with my 12GA. with good results.
