Title: Federal tss #7 in 835 with ic
Post by: Pooh4459 on March 17, 2018, 09:39:31 PM
This is at 41 yards with my 835 in an Indian Creek .675 using Federal TSS #7 3 1/2in. I think it's pretty awesome but I'm sure some will disagree.

Can't see the upper part of the pattern but this pattern doesn't look very good with 3 1/2 TSS 7's.  I shoot a 835 3 1/2" Hevi 7's and put 300 plus in a 10" circle at 40 with a .670 Pure Gold.  Most TSS shooters are going 9's or 10's due to shot density.  This will give you more pellets  Actually 12 gauge TSS is a waste IMO.  Plenty of shells available that will get the job done for a lot less money.  That .675 IC choke should shoot well in your 835 with Hevi 6 or 7's and Longbeard 5 or 6's.
