Probably the quickest turkey hunt I have ever had and I shot him left handed. I only cleared the leaves around my tree sat down and yelped a few times and here they came. When they were hesitating crossing the fence I rustled the leaves a little and that pulled him in to around 20 yrds. This is the smallest turkey I've ever killed but proud to have gotten him with a Ernie Fetters trumpet.

Congrats. Not that it matters, but that looks like a young hen to me.
Congrats Chris.
I thought it was when I shot. I then noticed the feathers looked more like a Jake and it had a tiny beard but no spurs whatsoever. Maybe it is a henII really don't know

One thing about it. It's a turkey, and any turkey legally taken is one to be proud of. Well done with the Trumpet!
Congratulations.

I agree, it was a cool hunt because of how fast it happened, it usually doesn't work that way for me
