These are the cheap shells from dunns/rogers. 

27 yards.680 trulock

Now 40 yards

I noticed with the trulock the point was off more

Now the #4 load if win hv gave me 100+ hits at 40yards. I think alot has to do with the fact these 2.25 oz loads don't have a wad
