Finally scored on a HOSS. Went in late because it was raining. Snuck to the top of a rise and saw this bird strutting below. Scooted back and set up and started calling. He took his time coming up the hill but once he saw the decoy he came running. 26.35lbs, 1.5" spurs, and 11" beard. Total score 78.3125. About as big as a typical gets. What a bird. Oh shot him at 6 yds with my bowl as he attacked my decoy. Oh, before you ask, YES I hit TARE with the box on the scale before I got the final weight.
