No rain here. It has stayed South of us. Just a decent breeze and partly cloudy skies.

Been a tough season and maybe the toughest I can remember. Birds just haven't talked for me this year or they just aren't there.
Had to hunt 21 mornings to scratch out my 3 bird limit.
I had no intentions of shooting on this day. Went with a coworker to his place to try and get him one. I set up looking in the complete opposite direction that I thought the bird would come from. I had him looking the other way. We were in small pines with little cover and no trees where we could sit someone beside each other. Had one spot with some small saplings around a pine so we both sat there looking opposite directions.
Long story short, the birds swung around us and came in on my side of the tree.
