One of the best birthdays I have had in a while. My wife cooked heavy Hors d'oeuvres the evening before and we had a friend of mine and his wife over to visit and fellowship for a few hours. Then birthday morning it was off hunting with a close friend, his daughter and mine. His daughter shot a doe. Then that afternoon it was lunch with my daughter and his daughter, while he took the deer to the processor, and picked up his son to hunt.
Birthday afternoon it was another hunt with the 5 of us. His son shot a doe, my daughter let one get away by dry firing on a field of deer, and one nice 4.5 you buck was seen, but not taken.
A wonderful, blessed day!!
Thank You Lord for the gift of salvation, a Godly wife, friends, and the many blessings in my life!!
