Heading out to Ohio tomorrow to try and knock down a bird. Hoping they're vocal and more than just a little love sick! Gonna do run and gun with my decoys.

Where you hunting at in Ohio? I was in Ohio for the first three days and they were henned up but just stay after them and when the hens break away it will become magical. Good luck

Basically, got to a spot I hoped some gobblers were roosted. They were gobbling on the roost, but all on the private land behind me. As soon as they got down, they were silent and I'm assuming henned up. I need the birds to fly down off the roost and cross the river. They're just not there yet. Maybe this weekend!
