Title: Special run bottomland shurshot 870 for Bass Pro
Post by: REBELYELL on March 03, 2011, 11:22:37 PM
Man, this thing is sweet. I called Remington trying to find out how to get a factory camo bottomland shurshot stock for my 870 I bought last year and they said this was a Bass Pro exclusive gun.

:agreed:  I like my turkey gun barrels to be 24" to 26".  I put a black shur shot on mine.  Maybe by next season I will have the stock dipped.  It looks pretty good just being black.

Me too, GA.   I just can't make myself like the looks of that Sureshot stock.

I never really liked the looks of the shurshot until I held one.  This thing fits a shooter like a glove IMO.

This company can match the factory camo. Not sure, but they might even be doing the bottomland 870's for Remington.

That stock is just too bulky.  Why not just make it in a pistol grip??

I thought that may be the case when they first came out til I actually handled one.  I'm running two of them and they dont seem bulky at all. Much less bulky than a thumbhole and carry very well over the shoulder.
