Remington 870: 26" barrel, Sumtoy 562-5, 55 degrees.   Would you be satisfied?

That will kill one all day long. Was that the only shot you took at 40 or the best of several?

That same pattern at 30 yards will definitely be lights out and you will be amazed at the evenness of the pattern with considerably higher numbers to boot. It will definitely work for a turkey gun.

Perfect pattern for a 20 gauge. There are 12s out there that struggle to shoot the same. I get that same type pattern and for me the last two seasons its been lights out. 13 longbeards and No flopping.

Thanks for the responses fellows.  Now I just have to wait to put a gobbler's beak in the dirt. :fud:

That's better than I get with my 12 with lead #6.  I'd go hunting.

If a person wants to shoot these shells, they had better start stocking up on them now.  They are getting hard to find.  I just ordered some from Gander Mountain (as bad as I hated to because they were more expensive there).  The good thing is that any order over fifty dollars is free shipping right now.   After my order tonight, I will have 8 boxes in my stock pile.  ;)
