Title: Lids
Post by: Spring Creek Calls on August 01, 2016, 04:19:51 PM
6 dozen lids just back from the laser dude. Bloodwood, jatoba, purpleheart, walnut, padauk and yellowheart. Getting ready early this year.

Wow Mike.  Good headstart!  I made a trip to Woodcraft over the weekend and scored on some great material as well.  I just can't get motivated because of back pain and Georgia heat!  I took a bald-faced hornet to the back of my neck last week also.   Thus my wife enjoys the quiet time.
Very nice lids my friend.

I have personal experience with the bloodwood and jatoba lids and love them both.  Bloodwood over walnut is what I carry and the jatoba over cherry or walnut are SWEEEEET sounding.  Keep up the GREAT work Mike.

Be anxious to see what you put with them.
