Title: Polishing a .410
Post by: wisconsinteacher on March 07, 2011, 01:03:37 PM
Would it be worth polishing a .410?  I would like to get some #7.5 and try my gun out to 25 yards.  What do you think, will it help and can it kill out to 25 yards is I can get 100 in 10"?  What brush would you use?  I am guessing it would be harder to do than a 12 ga due to size.

I would get 8's.  Don't know about the polish though.  2 3/4" 7/8 oz #8 in my 20 gauge is awesome at 20 yds.

I would just deep clean it. It will kill out to it's MER, either way. JMHO..Mike
