I recently picked up Tru-Lock's Longbeard Choke .650 construction. Here are the results. I'm pretty pleased. What do you guys think? (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190409/7f7ae3deb8b3b69dd18bfa54073fba34.jpg)

What gun? To me it looks a little over choked. The pattern as large holes in it. I'm shooting a .665 out of my Remington and get 225 in the 10 at 40 regular. Don't get me wrong it will kill a bird for sure, but I think it can do better

Agreed, I think it's too tight. .660-.665 I think will shoot better.
My 20" barrel 870 is high 180's-190's in the 10" @ 42yds with a Kicks .660
Agreed - overchoked. Those are decent numbers for 5s, but 6s should do considerably more.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I have a .660 and a .665. I'll try to give them a whirl later in the week

I'm not sure how your barrel would run, but I had great results out of the Hevi choke .656 I consistently got over 200 in a 10 inch circle at 40 yard and my best with a clean bore was 235.
I agree with every one else by looking by looking at that pattern I think it's over choked.
I tried out the Carlson .660 today and it was much better. 198 pellets in the 10" circle at 40 yards(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190411/a116d922f355d596d4987fecd9966e84.jpg)
