Hey Guys,
I just recently got a TruGlo Gobble Stopper scope and I'm debating on which gun to install it on, my Mossberg 835 w/24" barrel or my Remington 870 w/22" barrel... The 870 would need to be drilled and tapped so that's a plus for installing the scope on the 835 - it's already drilled and tapped!
Alright, I'll install it on the 835! But what rail base do I need? I can obviously find suitable bases by doing a google search, but I wanted to check with the gurus before buying anything to see if one of you guys knows of a preferred setup, cheap option, etc. Thanks in advance for the info!
Believe it is the weaver m417.

Got one and have the scope installed now! Still need to add a few more things before she's picture worthy!
