Title: Red dots with low profile mounts for picatinny rails?
Post by: BlakeJ on March 07, 2019, 10:51:02 AM
What red dots have the lowest profile mounts for a picatinny rail?  I have a rail on the turkey gun I just ordered and would like a red dot that I don't have to lift my cheek off the stock to shoot.

Reflex sights like the Burris fast fire and vortex venom sit the lowest. There are other brands of this type of sight but these 2 seem to be most popular.

The Fastfire 3 and Vortex Venom Coyote mentioned below are red dots.

Oh, I misunderstood. I've read good things about the ATI RD50. Small and lightweight.

You can buy it without the riser mount so it clamps directly on the rail.
