Have a winter flock of over 30 birds coming thru at least once a day, 3 Toms, 7 Jakes. Final heard them gobble this morning. Been strutting and fighting for a few weeks. Looks like they will be splitting up real soon, had a single hen come thru hours before rest of flock.

Great. Time to start listening in the morning. Good luck this year.

Good luck to you. I stood outside yesterday at primetime and didnt hear anything, had all intentions of getting out this morning, 34 degrees, stayed inside. Know they have to be roosted close by, but havent heard them on the roost. They gobbled once, wasnt ready with phone, then opened door without spooking them but again missed getting picture of them gobbling. Have trail cameras out there so hopefully got some better pictures.
