A while back I read about the Knight knee gun rest and thought that looks really good and something usable. I decided that I only needed the knee mount and did not need the shoulder attachment. I started to order the knee mount only and began to think that maybe the shoulder would be a necessary. For those that use the Knight gun mount system what do you think about the shoulder attachment?
I have the knee rest and really like it. It is well made and firm/sturdy and keeps your gun in place while allowing your hands to be free. The shoulder attachment may help, but is not required for sure.
I love my knee gun rest. Allows some movement if you need to slide around a tree a bit. A little thing but it helps keep gun up and steady and frees up your hands for scratching leafs and using calls. I just snap it on when ever I sit down to a turkey.
Thank you to both responses, You have helped me make the decision
