Title: bad latex?
Post by: Fiddle Head on April 13, 2016, 07:54:53 AM
Hi, new to this site. But i've been reading it on and off for a year now. I've been building calls for awhile now. Since 2008. I bought a Feather Ridge comp. press back about 6-7 years ago. I sell a few calls. But mostly made calls when I was competing. The problem I have is the calls I have built seem to last for 15 to 30 minutes and they seem to lose tension or the latex gets swelled up and the call is junk. Not sure if the latex is bad or if i'm not doing something right. I find it's mostly the .003 natural latex it happens to. I buy my supplies through Pioneer. Any help would be huge.

When did you buy the latex?
Call or email Ron at Pioneer and tell him what is happening.
