Title: Turkey Skin
Post by: ElkTurkMan on April 19, 2022, 11:49:54 AM
A good buddy of mine did this turkey skin for me.  This was from my first season Iowa bird last spring. The wood frame is from the floor of a century old saddle barn.   I will cherish this mount not only because the great hunt  bird provided, but also because a great friend did the taxidermy and his father did the wood work.

Very well done and a great way to remember the hunt and honor the gobbler

Beautiful mount IMO -  All of the feathers are from just one bird?
