Is the Rem Ventilator Choke tube for lead shot only (Win Long Beards OK ?) or can you shoot heavy shot too?

I shot Hevi shot through mine for years with no issues.

Mine says "lead shot only" right on it. Longbeards would be OK and REALLY tight at close ranges.

Rem 870 Supermag/ Ventilator .655. 160's in a 10 @ 40yds Win XX 3/2/6's. (Pb)
*professionally polished barrel.
*seasoned the choke by shooting 6 boxes of shells through it prior to patterning turkey loads.
No reason for me to shoot HTL in this set up.

There was a guy on here ILIKEHEVI13 that did a tremendous amount of testing with the Ventilator and HTL. Awesome patterns and he had no issues.
