My son and I just got a couple of toms at the close of are fall turkey season last week, I thought I'd try my hand at making some wing bone calls. These are my first ones and I'll be giving them away to friends and family for Christmas. Any suggestions from you professionals would be appreciated.

Nice looking job
you should hang onto your first ones
Thank you to everyone who posted a comment. Here they are totally completed now I hope. I added some stripes to the back one, a couple loops for lanyards and I made stands for them. I'll be keeping the green one since my wife wants it, the others will go to friends and family.

Highly suggest you sign them and date them.

Nice job, those look great
Well, I just got a picture of one of my friends that I sent one of my first wing bone calls to. Looks like it worked. He called in this Tom for this young man today during the California Fish and Wildlife youth hunt. He said it worked great for him. So now........ does that mean I'm a call maker :TooFunny: .
Wow, those look great, nice job.
Thanks
Those look great. What did you use on the joints?

I used clear five minute epoxy to join the bones together and again to cover the thread wrap.
