Today, I have heard from multiple different folks (as has my wife) that the State Police were pulling non-commercial & out-of-state vehicles over asking their destination. Besides this sounding illegal as hell & being that our season hasn't opened, I was wondering if anyone from the southern states has had any issues with interstate/roadway travel? We have 3-4 weeks left and I define hunting/shroomin' as a life sustaining activity. Am I correct? Everyone in my household, even the dogs get a share of the labors.

Any advice or insight is much appreciated.

I live in PA and am supposed to be headed to WV.... I guess we shall see. I'll def report back my stories. So far, I've been working from home for 2 weeks and my boy & I have been out 7-8 times looking for turkeys and have had zero issues with the law.

I'm in WI and I've driven to Texas and out to Wyoming so far. I've driven by several state troopers and not one of them gave me a 2nd look. One officer said hello to me at a gas station.

I don't worry about it, wash your hands when you can and drive safe.

I drove from the Florida panhandle, near Destin to Clanton, Al to hunt with my nephew a few days. No problems with traveling at all. Saw 1 trooper. I think he might have been asleep. Lol

Was going to Missouri at the end of April but because of our governor (KY), issuing a travel ban, my work has put into place a new rule. If I go out of state for any reason other than what is approved by the governors mandate I can not return to work for 14 days after returning home. I can use vacation but heck I don't want to burn 14 days on top of what i use for turkey season just to self quarantine. My only hope is the travel ban is lifted by that time. ::)

I drive from Ohio to Florida and back to Ohio last week and had zero issues. As a matter of fact I think I only saw one State police officer in Tn the whole trip
