I had a half turkey breast vacuum packed from last year that needed grilling.

I decided to give it a try Jamaican style.  It turned out so good I have to share my recipe!

Trust me, you gotta try this!

I had some dehydrated morels and a nice bird.  Made a morel soup and smothered the fried bird.  Was mighty tasty way to use the shrums!

I'm glad you liked it.

One thing I do with leftovers (if I don't have enough for a meal) is dice it up and add it to penne pasta with alfredo sauce on it.  My wife sometimes cuts some up and puts it on a salad with ranch dressing.

I can't decide if I like it better with the Anaheim or Cubanelle peppers.  Both versions are really good.  Which peppers did you use?

Spring Creek Calls

I used the Anaheim peppers as my local produce store didn't have the Cubanelle's. Will try them next time, and trust me, there will be a next time!

This marinade recipe also works really well with Chicken or a pork tenderloin.  ;)
