New Whitt Boxes

Redheart over wormy mineral stained poplar. Whitt said he hasn't had poplar like this before. The other is a purpleheart over butternut I asked him to make for my 4mo old daughter. Since he has some good butternut right now sourced from here in Vermont, I asked him to make me a maple over butternut. I should see that one the end of next week.

Great lookin pair of wormy calls. I have Whitt's wormy butternut but that wormy poplar looks good enough to eat.

I got these back in August, but I thought I would share a couple other heartwood boxes from Whitt. Yellowheart over Mineral Poplar and Purpleheart of wormy Chestnut. Have to say the chestnut is probably my favorite from Whitt so far.
