I have been shooting the Nitro #7 now have Fed HW #7 and H-13 #7.  How do the two Feds compare.  Also what chokes if any should I stay away from with the Flight Control Wad.  Looking at buying a Jellyhead or PG 570

Stay away from a JellyHead or any choke for that matter that is ported or has wad catchers, when using the Federal shells.

If you have a remington, look at a Remington SF choke or a Pure Gold Tempest.
Yup two very different animals when it comes to chokes.. If you wanted to save money and find a choke that may work for both the above mentioned Tempest might be a good route..

The SSX in a rem 20 has also proven to be a performer with both of them loads as well.

It really depends on what patterns you want.  The .555 PG tempest will give you higher 10" numbers, but he .570 will give you a better 20" hunting pattern, IMHO.  In my 870 20, the Rem SF .570 gave 101 at 40 yds in 30 degree temps.  This gives my son, who is 6, plenty of room for error closer than that.
